Failed to Attend (FTA) Policy

Patients that fail to attend more than 3 appointments per year are not allowed to rebook. 2 consecutive failures are not permitted, including for short notice booking. Patients that failed to attend their appointment will not be booked sooner than 30 days in advance unless it is an emergency.

Cancellation Policy

Patients may not cancel more than 3 appointments per year. 2 consecutive cancellations are not permitted, including for short notice bookings.

Patients that have cancelled their appointment will not be booked sooner than 30 days in advance unless it is an emergency.

These changes are in place to ensure appointments are used effectively and to prioritise patient care.
